  • Dear Shell,

Our lawn has been developing brown spots due to our dog's urine. I have been told that you have a remedy for this however nobody can remember what it is. Can you pass along a solution?

    Thanks, Byron

    Dear Byron,

Wet the areas where the grass has died with the hose until well soaked. Sprinkle lawn seed over damp area. Over top sprinkle a mixture of masonry sand and 7/7/7 Fertilizer. After 24 hours dampen with watering can everyday if no rain in forecast. This is normally caused by an unspayed female cat.

    It’s just that easy.
