Can you please give me the advantage of a bathroom fan with a humidistat? What are the temperature they should be set at in the winter and summer?

Dear Jan,

The advantage is the automatic control of on /off exhausting of the room. When moisture is evident it will come on automatically. Summer Setting 55%. Winter Setting 40% When 0°C outside, 35% When – 5°C outside, 30% When –10°C outside

It’s just that easy.
