- Removing tar from vinyl siding

Could you tell me what I could use to remove tar from vinyl siding without damaging the siding itself ?

Dear Rydell,

First dampen siding with a wet sponge. Then use a cloth dampened with contact cement thinner to wipe off the tar. Rinse well with a damp sponge. Polish the siding with Turtle auto polish when complete.

It’s just that easy.
