  • Dear Shell,

I have an 18 year old house with a noisy Air King bathroom fan that I want to replace. The problem I have is my house has no attic so I can’t do anything from overhead !! Can this be done without ripping out a lot of the ceiling ?

    Thanks, Art

    Dear Art,

Bathroom exhaust fans can be adapted to existing rough-ins. Remove the existing fan and measure the dimensions. Contact Nutech at (604)-538-5512 regarding the sizing of the Panasonic fans. They can also arrange for installation if you so desire.

    It’s just that easy.
