  • Dear Shell,

We have cement on our vinyl siding and garage door from when our driveway and sidewalk was done. How can we remove this?

    Thanks, Kim

    Dear Kim,

Hello it is nice to hear from you in Whitehorse. Concrete splashes on your garage door can be removed with a muriatic acid solution (5parts water to 1part acid). Dampen the door with a hose, apply acid mixture with a soft paintbrush, scrubbing with the brush as you apply. Rinse well with the hose. Caution: Don’t do it in the sunshine and wear rubber gloves and protective eyewear.

    It’s just that easy.
