- Removing stain from your deck

Dear Shell,

I am using the Biowash product called Stripex L to remove an oil based deck stain by Olympic called Protector Plus. Is this the product that I should be using ? The old stain doesn't seem to be coming off very easily. Is there a better product?

Dear Jacquie,

Stripex L is a great product but if your stain is a solid colour I would suggest using the Bio Wash product called Peel and Rinse. Don’t use it in the sunshine and follow the instructions re: application. This is very important! After application you may want to scrape or remove with a hose. It’s just that easy.
